the kids club was great for my little one (she made lots of friends). she enjoyed activities like hair braiding and the foam party. the hotel had air hockey and fussball near the gym. i really liked the breakfast stations, catering to both western and asian tastes. our room (2921) was spacious with a japanese toilet, a nice touch.
the rooftop bar not serving alcohol was a minor disappointment, but didn't spoil my stay.

the hotel features a well-kept children's water park complete with lifeguard supervision, ensuring a safe and fun environment. a sky bridge is present, and during certain times, a foam party and complimentary ice cream are available. a rooftop restaurant provides beautiful views.

the staff were always cheerful, greeted guests with a smile, and offered assistance when needed. the hotel arranged taxi service to bkk, which i found useful. i also found that staff quickly inflated and stored our inflatable turtle for us.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices and food was fresh. the gym was clean and included ample equipment for a good workout. the water park looked very nice and guests seemed to enjoy themselves. the lobby provided direct access to a large shopping mall with many stores.
i had to request items several times . i waited an hour for towels to be delivered to the room. i was charged for a broken glass, disappointing.

the room was modern and spacious. it had a japanese toilet i found interesting. the milky way lighting was a nice touch and the room overlooked the sea. the hotel provides a complimentary minibar with daily snacks, and i found it quite useful.
it took several calls to get an iron, extra water, and our extra bed ready. i waited an hour for towels. accidentally breaking a glass resulted in a charge.

The breakfast team WAS cute. but the breakfast itself? disappointing. the dishes lacked inspiration and the kitchen staff seemed unmotivated! greasy bacon was served only when asked. the rooftop bar DOESN'T offer alcohol. That's absurd.

I liked the location very much. there was easy access to the shopping center. the shower had great water pressure and hot water. This was a big bonus.
I was disappointed by the lack of lighting in the rooms. i also had to call multiple times for towels. I waited one hour for them.
